Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience. The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!
I had a 60 minute session with Tracy and it was amazing! The full body massage chair pressure setting was more than I expected but still great, if you are sensitive to pressure go for the light setting. This is a great place to try out if it's your first time doing a head spa/scalp therapy.
I need to do this more often.
I love a good scalp massage and they didn’t disappoint. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who worked with me, but she was great! She gentle with brushing, let me know when the water temperature would change, and would check in on how comfortable I was.
I did the 60 minute option and it was great! It gives more time to work the products in.
They show you the before and after. I REALLY needed it.
My hair and scalp felt clean and refreshed. Perfect after drying cold weather, product build up and dead skin. I would def recommend!
Tips:
- Go make up free if you do the 60 min (for the mini facial). They have makeup wipes if you need them.
- Blow dry is that. A blow dry. I didn’t mind it, but if you are expecting a blow out, don’t.
I have come here several times. The overall experience is VERY relaxing. I fall asleep almost every time because it is a very peaceful environment where your hair and scalp are pampered. With some minor tweaking, this place would be phenomenal. Honestly, I think it's because they are just so super busy since they went viral on tiktok, which is great for business, but the customer service has taken a bit of a hit. Still will come back and still will recommend it to my friends and coworkers.
I went with 4 friends for my bday to this experience seeing the positive reviews on Google and was excited because I LOVE getting my hair played with and enjoy it so much when my hair stylist when she washes my hair. Sadly, this wasn’t the best experience and wasn’t at all what I was hoping for. I think I unfortunately received a staff member that didn’t know what she was doing. No one explained what would be happening. They took pictures of my scalp to compare the before and after which I expected then took me to my station. My message chair was apparently on the highest level (which I didn’t know was a thing until my friends explained afterward) and I felt like it was going to break my ankle it was so rough. They put oil in your hair and use a humidifier which was really nice and then wash and scrub your scalp. Unfortunately, my water was FREEZING cold. When I told her that she tried to fix it and apologized but never got the water to be even slightly warm. The facial felt like I was being water boarded. It was not relaxing at all. Then they went to dry my hair and didn’t put any product on before hair drying. She also made me move to another chair mid-dry to show me my scalp again and didn’t completely dry it before telling me I was done.
I wouldn’t pay for something like this again without knowing more what was going to happen and that I’d enjoy it. I didn't this time around which sucks because I was really looking forward to it.
Came in with my friend yesterday and it was a great experience up until the end. So for one, we both had curly hair and the ladies are sweet but clearly had no idea what to do with our hair. So they blow dried it to their best abilities but even still, they should for 1 have heat protect for blow drying peoples hair and for 2, maybe for the curly girls it would be smart to have a good hair gel. But then it gets worst. So as I was paying, it was a genuine mistake as I went to put 15 in for a tip I wrote 5. Completely on me. As I was getting ready to hop in my car, I was chased down and told that a 12% tip was required. No where on the website does it state that let alone the receipt. Had I wrote it 15 then there would be no issue but I was planning on coming back to this salon and tipping more the next time since money was a bit tight this check. But to chase me out of a salon and not have the policy written anywhere is craaaaaaazy. Completely unprofessional
It was relaxing - the massage chair was interesting- maybe a little too tight in the legs - they didn’t ask me if it was comfortable. Overall I enjoyed the 30 minute hair and neck massage but I think next time I will do the 1 hour massage wash. I would try again!
I always enjoy coming here as it is always relaxing and what I need.
Tracy did a hydra-facial for me, and it was so relaxing and my face felt so clean and smooth afterwards. The next day, my skin felt better than ever!
I give 4 stars because I usually get the scalp treatment, which I love, but depending who does it for you, it could be a hit or miss. The scalp treatment is always relaxing, but how clean/ treated it is will be either decent or incredible.
I get some treatment sessions that are amazing, and some times when it just doesn't feel as thorough ( you can see how well it was for your scalp through the before and after scalp scan they do for you). It is still decent treatment for the off days, but it just feel like someone just washed my hair with basic standards vs a full treatment. I would say 1/4 times would be decent. I would still recommend coming here if they offer what you are looking for! Just make sure that if you have a worker who does the treatment to your liking, get their name and try to ask for them to do the service for you in the future.
I was so excited to visit Zero Gravity Head Spa that I was willing to drive 40 minutes to get there, but unfortunately left disappointed. My mom and I booked the 60 minute head spa service and were mainly excited about the water machine massage part, but when we asked the employee about it, she told us at the time of payment the machine wasn't working. Our hair did feel very clean after the service, but this felt more like a glorified hair wash rather than scalp massage/spa treatment. They also blow dry your hair at the end, but it's not a blow out. My hair was still damp when I left and the back of my mom's sweatshirt was completely wet from the top. Additionally, my mom has a few extensions to add fullness to her hair and even though she told the person providing her service twice to be careful, one of the extensions came out. The staff/manager were incredibly kind and did offer a discount for this, but it is an inconvenience to now go to the salon to get this fixed. If the salon had the water machine massage part, I would have rated the experience higher.
